COACHING
Let’s create together
I help leaders and organizations navigate the 'disorienting moments' that break the status quo, moving them from being the 'Hero' who fixes everything to the 'Architect' who empowers everyone."
Change is an event; transformation is a process. Most organizations try to manage the event while ignoring the internal shifts required to survive it.
With a PhD in Transformative Social Change and 20+ years in the trenches of Higher Ed and nonprofit ministry, I don’t just offer advice. I facilitate the 'disorienting dilemmas' that allow leaders and teams to jump the curve to innovation. Whether you are a young leader finding your voice or an organization reframing its culture, I walk WITH you through the mess.
THE WORK (Experiential Facilitation)
I believe we learn best when we are 'doing.' My workshops are designed to be interactive, disruptive, and deeply reflective.
Curiosity over Control: 'No Cat Was Harmed' – Learning to lead with questions rather than commands.
Boundary Architecture: 'The Invisible Fence' – Creating, testing, and sustaining healthy organizational lines.
Inclusive Reframing: 'Race to Reframe' & 'Find Your Corner' – Experiential sessions that address identity, DEI, and intersectionality within your specific context."
